Greenjeep took us on a little 75 mile Tour up the Shafer trail then down Long Canyon. Not hard but pretty and relaxing.  Melissa leaning on a petrified stump  petrified log in the rock about 12' long  from Thelma & Louise Point  just below Dead Horse Point  About 1/2 way up Shafer switchbacks  the top of the switchbacks . Gary was a little shakey out there  Daves sittin' tree  leanin' rock in Long Canyon thanx for the fun Dave |

That is one of my favorite easy weekend trips - relaxing and scenic. I see you found the top secret petrified wood site.  |

I love the hard stuff, but the scenic stuff is why it's so great to live in Moab!
