I sold my LTJ project in December and started accumulating parts for a new buggy. It got to the point where I hated to wheel the LTJ because it was too nice to dent, and as a result I was being a wussy and not keeping up. New buggy specs 1953 CJ3a cowl, hood, and grill (hopes to be titled one day as that) 2003 5.3 Chevy Gen III engine 700r4 tranny with reverse manual valve body, Art Carr shifter Atlas II 3.8 t-case Chev Dana 60s, 4.88s and Detroits, alloy shafts and Summit Machine Drive flanges TrailReady beadlocks, new 1 peice cast design. BFG 39" Krawlers Howe steering 16 gallon Summit fuel cell Warn 9000 winch front, and Warn 1700 for rear axle. Lots of other stuff, This is being built more for comfort than comps. It's longer with a 112" wheel base and full width axles, and there's a spot for a cooler and gear in the back. Looks like completion will be the sometime around the first part of May 2008. These pics are with no nitrogen in the shocks so it's sitting at full compression.

Should be sweet when finished. Are you going to the PARC thing in Delta?

I tried inserting some pics but it didn't work. I'm torn on Delta. It would be fun, but that will be about when it's finished. I'm thinking Montrose would be a better shake down run than a comp.
