Wow, impressive!! I think we need some details on both of those. p.s. I love the "Adams Family Crawlers" sign ;D My rig is a 1999 Isuzu VehiCross. It was a limited production vehicle built between 1999 and 2001. Obviously it has a winch. Actually I installed it to do rescue work while I was a Marshal for UROC, so it has been attached to some of the most famous rockcrawling rigs. Some of the other mods: 4” lift 33” BFG KO’s Front ARB Rear LSD Rock Logic rock sliders I have been part of the Moab “ZuZoo” which is a permitted Isuzu gathering in Moab every year in May for 7 years with ‘ZuZoo VIII coming up May 18th in 2005. So if you see a bunch of our funny looking VX’s as we call them for short you will know what it is all about. As for the Jeep, it is (or started life) as a 1991 Jeep YJ. We retired it last year as Linda’s daily driver when we made the decision to go from judging rockcrawling events to competing in them. I rebuilt the YJ to Stock class UROC rules. The bad part was that UROC did not run any stock class events. We competed this last year in the Stock Modified class in the UROC Extreme West Series. Oh yea Linda is the driver and I the spotter. The photo of the Jeep is at Supper Crawl III this year at Rocky Mountain Raceway obstacle #1. This was the first of 3 rollovers we had at this event. We are a member of Maxxis Tires RockStars. Not sure what we will be doing in 2005. Linda is known as “Giggling Grammy” by the announcers at the events. She has a tendency to laugh the entire time she is either in an almost inverted or inverted position, which happens a lot. Linda and I co-lead Elephant Hill on Tuesday of EJS. I lead Dome Plateau on Thursday and Linda leads Gold Bar Rim on Friday. If I have done my math right, this next Safari will be our thirteenth but we have been 4 wheeling in the Moab area for over 30 years (I won’t say how many over 30) Adams Family Crawlers LLC is our professional rock crawling business name (for liability purposes)

Sounds pretty cool. Maybe I'm just differant, but I have never even heard of VehiCross. It would be very interesting to see how well it performs.
Isn't it great to have a 4-wheeling wife who loves the sport as much as we do!!
We'll have to hook up during Safari.

it wouldn't happen to be the same vehicross jumping sand dunes that the moab brewery has a picture of would it? Nope. That was one of 20 or so VXs a few years ago when we set up a course out by Behind the Rocks in the sand. That photo has been the in Action Shots adds in the Safari paper as well.
