Last year I tried to get a EJS reservation two months out any everything was full. Is it possible to reserve a room yet? If so, which dates do you reserve?

Most hotels should be able to make a resrvation for next years EJS. As for dates, I don't know off the top of my head, but Safari always stars the Saturday a week before Easter and ends Easter Sunday.

Ok, what's cheap, has trailer parking, and isn't a dump? orbitz wants $440 for the moab valley inn, come on now. What do you recommend? I'm about to grab one of the camping kabins for $45.

Most hotels will be in the $100-$150 a night range for Easter weekend. almost all the hotels have trailer parking. The Cabins seem to be very popular option, also you might look at the nightly condo rentals, that's probably what I'd do.
